The film takes on a legal theme and tells the story of the character Do Bae Man (played by Ahn Bo Hyun). He became a military prosecutor because of his ambition for money and fame. But he is tired of work and only longs for the day he can retire and take off his military uniform. As for Cha Woo In (played by Jo Bo Ah), born into a tycoon family, she became a military prosecutor because she wanted revenge.

The cases in the movie recreate real events that shocked Korean public opinion. This is the pioneering film to bring the topic of military courts to the small screen. These include cases of desertion by many famous male stars, or cases of special treatment for soldiers "qualified for special treatment".
