The main premise of the British TV series, Being Human is: what if a vampire, a werewolf and a ghost share a house? The early seasons of the series focused on the strange dynamics between the three main characters, but over time the plots became more complicated, with Satan even being introduced as the villain later on.
Being Human was successful enough to make a remake out of the US, but there's something uniquely delightful about the British show. The first seasons were pretty strong, but the whole series is still pretty awesome. The excellent world-building, and the rules from both the ghostly world and the afterlife are exceptionally genius. Being Human's main strength is the way it takes supernatural themes and looks at how these themes can affect the characters' real lives.
