Main plot of the movie Concrete UtopiaWhat it's about: Concrete Utopia is a Korean disaster film. Seoul was devastated by a strong earthquake. The Hwanggoong Condominium is the only place that survived the earthquake. The survivors make their way to Hwanggoong Apartments.
