Destiny Seeker follows Songkram and Aye who are both engineering students and live in a university dormitory. Songkram is the head student of dormitory 3, which classifies "strong and athletic" boys. Aye is the head student of dormitory 2, the dormitory where all the "handsome" boys live. Aye used to be Songkram's tutor and friend, but they broke up after they were both chosen as the head students of the dormitory. Dorms 2 and 3 have been at odds with each other for generations. Aye and Songkram may act as enemies, but Aye truly loves Songkram. However, he claims that Sonkram has feelings for Mean. What Aye doesn't know, is that he's the one Songkram likes, not Mean.
