Georgia Aquarium is a public aquarium in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. It contains more than one hundred thousand animals and represents thousands of species, all residing in 10 million gallons of sea water. The Aquarium opened its doors from 2005 after receiving grants of up to 250 million from Bernie Marcus-co-founder of The Home Depot.
