Originally titled A Vida Invisível or even The Invisible Life of Eurídice Gusmão, Invisible Life (2019) proved to be a successful Amazon Prime original film with a Letterboxd score of 4.12. Although it did not receive an Oscar, it was selected as in the Brazilian category for Best International Feature Film.
Set in Rio de Janeiro during the 1950s, the film revolves around two sisters who struggle with the problems of repression at the time, but always have each other to lean on. Invisible Life (2019) right after its debut, most of the attention came from the two main stars' powerful acting.
