Jagaaaaaan is a good Japanese manga that should be produced into an anime by Muneyuki Kaneshiro, Kensuke Nishida. Synopsis: When the world is suddenly plagued by falling frogs, that's when people's desires are manifested in an extremely bad way. Those infected by frogs become monsters with supernatural abilities. However, some turn into tadpoles. They also possess the desired corresponding power, but they still retain their sense of self. It is imperative that they continue to hunt monsters to slow down the tadpole growth.
To be honest, it's not clear why this series hasn't gotten an anime adaptation yet. Although tagged seinen, I bet it will easily capture the interest of the younger generation with its amazing action and power from extremely attractive characters.
