Leh Lub Salub Rarng tells the love story of the misogynistic couple Ramin (Nadech Kugimiya) and Petra Pawadee (Urassaya Sperbund). Lieutenant Ramin is a talented captain of the task force. Petra Pawadee is a famous, beautiful, intelligent actress and model who doesn't like the kind of men who surround her.
They meet at a diamond jewelry show event where Petra models and Ramin is the guard who helps Petra from the robbery. They both fall from the gallery building and when they regain consciousness, Ramin and Petra are swapped souls. They are compelled to learn about each other's lives in order to find a way to coordinate the other's role while seeking to return to their own bodies.
