Content:One hundred years ago, there was a great war between humans and beastmen. After the war ended, an annual tradition was proposed that a female sacrifice would be taken from humans to be eaten by the King of the Beasts. This tradition continues when the 99th sacrifice, 15-year-old Sariphi, is brought from her village to the kingdom of Ozmargo, a bloated kingdom where monsters live and humans are forbidden to enter.
But Sariphi was not like previous sacrifices. Her optimism and fearlessness towards the beasts and her fate surprised the other terrifying king. Intrigued by the sacrificial princess and her history, he allows her the freedom to roam the kingdom until the apocalyptic night despite possible outrage. Little did Sariphi and the King know that their short time together had set the stage for something unimaginably different for Ozmargo's future.
