One-Punch Man is an action, supernatural and comedy anime series produced by Madhouse and based on the manga of the same name by author ONE. The film follows the protagonist Saitama, a guy who has supernatural powers and can defeat any enemy with a single punch.
Saitama used to be an ordinary guy, but was suddenly promoted to a hero after training in a unique way with a training regimen of 100 punches per day. However, his powers seem to be so powerful that he becomes bored and loses faith in life.
Each episode focuses on the adventures of Saitama along with other supporting characters, including Genos, a cyborg seeking a master to learn how to be a hero and other heroes, and the fight against the demonic races that are invading the city.
