The film mentions a dangerous member of a secret special force named Toshiro known by the nickname "Ghost". Currently, he has left and lives in seclusion with his young niece, Sachi, in a small town and is the manager of a convenience store. But then his peaceful life was soon turned upside down by members of the former special team.
