Kim Do-ki is a former soldier who lost his memory after a secret mission. He works for a secret taxi service run by a man named Jang Sung-Chul. This taxi service specializes in avenging victims harmed by criminals who cannot be punished by law.
Along with a group of other taxi drivers, Kim Do-ki uses his superior fighting skills and driving ability to help those in need. They avenged victims of rape, abuse and murder.
