The K2 is the story of Kim Je Ha (Ji Chang Wook) - who is wanted by Interpol on suspicion of murdering his lover while he was joining the Iraqi army. He was saved by Yoo Jin - Wife (Song Yoona) of the Presidential candidate and let him be her bodyguard. However, Je Ha increasingly realizes that he is truly dangerous and cruel and is not afraid of any of Yoo Jin's tricks to achieve his goals. During his mission, he also gradually developed feelings for Go Ahn-na (Im Yoona), the Presidential candidate's illegitimate child with another woman.
