The film revolves around the love between palace maid Seong Deok Im (played by Lee Se Young) and Crown Prince Yi San (played by Lee Junho). They first met when they were children, and Seong Deok Im also helped the Crown Prince twice. After all that time, they still grew up in the Eastern Palace but no longer saw each other.
One day, Seong Deok Im happened to meet the Crown Prince again but did not recognize him.
