The Stone of Affectio revolves around the love triangle between Mookda, Pailin and Pruek. Mookda, Pailin both love Pruek but Pruek chooses to come to Pailin. This caused Mookda to sink into suffering, so he turned to dark magic. As for Pruek, he was accidentally controlled by the magician's spell, so he used the dagger to kill Mookda. Then Mookda's soul was imprisoned in the stone pearl, waiting for the day of revenge. 100 years on, Phumin (Pruek's afterlife) is tasked with investigating a death case in a cave and by chance undoes the magic that has imprisoned Mookda. Mookda revives with a rage for 100 years and continues his journey to hunt down Ployrung (Pailin's afterlife), causing a series of crimes. To stop Mookda, Phum and Ployrung must find out the true story of the past and find a way to destroy the monster inside Mookda.
