Vice Versa is a boylove movie with a parallel world theme. Follow Talay (Sea Tawinan) who is a recent graduate and lucky to find a job that colorist loves. However, before enjoying the fun, Talay on a trip to the beach with his friends encountered a drowning accident.
After waking up, Talay realized he had traveled to another world and lived in the body of a strange boy named Tess. Tess is a troublesome gentleman. In the hospital, he meets a strange female nurse. She also travels here like him, she tells Talay that in order to return, she must find the "Key of the way".
The "guide key" will be a person from his world who travels through space and must have a connection with the owner of the body he is in. Talay comes across Tun (Jimmy Jitaraphol), an old friend of Tess and Realizing this is the person they were looking for, the two help each other to return to the real world and gradually fall in love.
