Yong Pil is a weather forecaster at the Jeju Meteorological Department. He always tries to pursue his dream of becoming a good weather forecaster like his mother, who passed away because of a wrong weather forecast.
Sam Dal is a dragon born in the stream at the foot of Hallasan Mountain. She lost all her loved ones in an accident.
After his mother passed away, Yong Pil returned to his hometown Samdalri. Here, he met Sam Dal again and they gradually developed feelings for each other.
However, their love encountered many obstacles. Yong Pil faces suspicion from the villagers. Sam Dal also has to deal with painful memories of the past.
