When the Weather is Fine is a gentle love story of girl Mok Hae Won (played by Park Min Young) and boy Im Eun Seob (played by Seo Kang Joon) at a small bookstore in town. Mok Hae Won is a girl who, because of past trauma, has closed her heart and no longer believes in others. Hae Won felt disgusted and tired of life in the hustle and bustle of Seoul and decided to move back to her hometown, Bookhyun village. Here, Hae Won meets Eun Seob, his old classmate, who is now opening a bookstore "Goodnight Bookstore". Eun Seob's daily life is very simple, wake up, drink a cup of coffee, read a book and write a blog. However, since meeting each other again, both of their lives began to change.
