The temple was named Xa loi because it was built to worship the Buddhist irrigation Department. The pagoda owns the completely new architecture and the landscape is very beautiful. The temple structure includes the main electric Buddhist temple of Shakyamuni, lecture, library, bell tower, Office, group, Street-boys, release room books, increased room, living room. Highlights of the pagoda are the tallest bell tower in Vietnam with 7 floors. Each floor is used to worship a Buddha. The highest floor of the tower is used to hook the Great red bell in the amount of 2 tonnes. The temple's glorious Bell, inspired by the far-right author of the Ancient "Bell Pagoda". Besides, the temple is a historical testimony of the struggle of Buddhists against the dictatorship of Ngo Dinh Diem when the period of religious persecution and suppression.
