Yuri!!! On ice is a sports anime produced by MAPPA Studios and premiered in the fall of 2016. The film won many prestigious awards at the Tokyo Anime Festival and Crunchyroll.
The drama revolves around the character Katsuki Yuri - a Japanese figure skater and other characters who have an intimate relationship with him. After losing the Grand Prix Final, Yuri Katsuki gets discouraged and intends to give up skating. But due to several incidents, he received encouragement and training from his idol Victor, Yuri decided to stand up and regain the confidence he had lost on the ice.
