Dua Lipa is the debut studio album by British singer Dua Lipa. Originally slated for a September 2016 release, the album was released through Warner Bros. Records on June 2, 2017, after several delays to add new songs. Lipa moved from Kosovo to London at the age of fifteen to pursue a career in music. Of the 25 songs included in all editions of the album, Lipa co-wrote 21. She worked with various writers and producers, finding a good spirit with Stephen "Koz" Kozmeniuk, who produced several songs. Work on the album took place between London, Los Angeles, Toronto and New York, and was completed in 2017.
Dua Lipa has received generally positive reviews from music critics. Many people praised Lipa's vocals and the album's high quality sound.
