Theme and ending music of sitcom series All In The Family

The oldest sitcom to make the list, Norman Lear's All In The Family is credited with inspiring The Simpsons among many other family-oriented shows. The film follows Archie Bunker, the head of a working-class family living in Queens, New York.

All In The Family is great because it deals with controversial topical issues, such as racism, homosexuality, and war, largely because Archie's son-in-law embodies ideophobia 60s counterculture, Michael (Rob Reiner) instigated, confronting "lovely obstinate" Archie. The supporting characters in the film are symbolized by the city's ever-changing make-up and its diversity. Including the Jefferson, an African-American family living next door - starring in their own spin-off series.
