For introverts, a lengthy walk alone or a few hours of quiet reading can be the ideal afternoon activity. Because the city can be overwhelming for introverts, especially if you work in a hectic corporate environment. You are always interacting with others. Your surroundings are likewise changing, with lots of movement and excitement. The more you immerse yourself in this hectic environment, the more disconnected you become from yourself. Your drive diminishes, you lose your hobby, and it becomes difficult to find enthusiasm and inspiration.  Many introverts become tired of city life on weekends and seek a quiet, calming getaway with nature. You can breathe a sigh of relief in the woods or the mountains. When you reconnect with your inner self, you will inhale new air and regain mental clarity.
