Anohana is the original anime about the most beautiful friendship in the history of Japanese anime. The plot of the film is simple. Jinta, a lazy young man, suddenly one day sees the spirit of Menma, his childhood best friend, who died in an accident. To help Menma escape, Jinta contacts old friends who used to be members of the Super Peace Buster but have "broken up" since Menma's death. Like a flower in full bloom, stories of a succession of young people emerge and eventually merge, forming the flower whose name we still don't know.
