Kang In Kyun (Go Kyung Pyo) is an aspiring doctor and is volunteering at a murder prison. He has a painful past when his father was a victim of an organ trafficking organization. He and his sister with heart disease were adopted by a famous surgeon Go Jung Hoon (Cho Jae Hyun).
