Dr. Romantic 3 is a Korean drama that portrays the story of genuine doctors working in the countryside at Doldam Hospital. The first part focuses on the story of Dr. Kim (Han Suk Kyu), while part 2 is the story of the characters played by Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung. Season 3 confirmed all three of these actors are returning. In addition, screenwriters Kang Eun Kyung and Lim Hye Min and director Yoo In Suk of season 2 also accompanied the project.
