Producer Lakeshore Entertainment (USA) has sculpted a new spiritual cuisine with a light and amusing direction called The Wedding Year, just in time for the fall cinemas to be loaded with horror films and brain-numbing action. The Wedding Year follows Mara Hickey, a female photojournalist who had sworn off marriage in the past. However, the pressure forces Mara to make a major life decision when she and her partner, who are soon to marry, are invited to 15 weddings of acquaintances in less than a year.
