What it's about: Blue Lock tells how after the disastrous defeat at the 2018 World Cup, the Japanese team had many difficulties in regrouping. The Japanese team was full of qualities but in the end, they realized they lacked a key striker who could lead them to victory. Therefore, the Japan Football Federation launched "Project Blue Lock" which brings together 300 of the best young strikers from all over Japan. The aim of this project is to create one and only one striker who is more "thirsty" for goals and "coveted" to win than anyone and these 300 strikers will fight each other and eventually choose one the only one as a striker for the Japan international team.
