Chan Cang Sinh, commonly known by his stage name Jackie Chan, is a Hong Kong male martial artist, actor, stuntman, filmmaker, action choreographer and singer. He is well known in the movie world for his fun fighting style, improvised weapons use and stunts that he often performs on his own. He trained in Wushu, Kung Fu and Hapkido, and has been in acting since the 1960s, appearing in over 150 films.
In the late 1980s and early 90s, Jackie Chan starred in a number of successful film series, beginning with Police Story 2, which won Best Martial Arts Directing in the Film Awards. Hong Kong in 1989.
