Himuro is an office worker of a supernatural race with strange powers. Whenever he focused deeply, he subconsciously brought his poor fellows into a close-up display of the North Pole. Despite this, in contrast to his icy powers, Himuro is a warm and kind person. He loves flowers and cats, but alas, he can't get too close either.
Himuro has a soft spot for his colleague Fuyutsuki, a placid woman with a knack for offering simple solutions to his unusual problems. Whenever Fuyutsuki does something for him, a blizzard of emotions builds up in Himuro's heart, and he doesn't realize the raging blizzard he caused on the office floor.
Thanks to his snowy tantrums, Himuro's affections are evident to everyone but Fuyutsuki. However, driven by adoration and undying desire, Himuro is ready to do whatever it takes to win her heart.
