Misfit of Demon King Academy is a summer 2020 anime that ended Season 1 in June 2020. The story is still unfinished and fans are eagerly anticipating Season 2, where they will see the next opponent Anos will face in his quest to reclaim his lost recognition.
In the Misfit of Demon King Academy, the war between humans and demons has caused both sides to suffer a lot of damage, loss, and bloodshed. Demon King Anos Voldigoad was willing to give up his life, hoping for an end to the war and harmony between both kingdoms.
After he perished, the demon race established the Demon King Academy, which was tasked with determining the King's identity upon awakening. Anos reincarnated after two millennia only to discover that the level of magic has increased! Furthermore, he was no longer cared for, and his legacy was forged. In this new age, Demon King Anos is nothing more than a misfit.
