Himuro is an office worker of a supernatural race with strange powers. Whenever he is highly focused, he unconsciously pushes his poor colleagues into a close display of the Arctic. Despite this, in contrast to his icy powers, Himuro is a warm and kind person. He likes flowers and cats, but alas, he can not get too close to them.
Himuro has sympathy for his colleague Fuyutsuki, a calm woman who has a knack for coming up with simple solutions to his unusual problems. Whenever Fuyutsuki does something for him, an emotional snowstorm forms in Himuro's heart, and he doesn't notice the intense snowstorm he causes on the office floor.
