Landmarks attract tourists all over the world. People enjoy taking selfies at the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Colosseum, the Eiffel Tower, the Disney world, and hundreds of other things. Many tourists find something extra in their pictures when they consider them. A face staring at them from the water surface where the USS Arizona was sunk. Or shadow on war memorial like the soldiers. Since Halloween is coming to us, it's up to the dust of some lesser-known ghost stories around the landmarks.
1 New York Central Park

The guest and the staff have also reflected in seeing a white woman, which is said to be the soul of a maid who works at this facility in the years 1900 and may have died of influenza. It's no wonder that with such a rich history, the castle frightened because of the extraordinary activity. When the war ended, the Army stayed in the castle until 1958. Five years later, the Ministry of Works owns the building for conservation.
Soon after, the ghost scene began to appear. It is said that in the king's bedroom, half of the people walked through the door before disappearing in the air. The staff member had reported seeing the same appearance and watched it to try to figure out where it wandered, just so it disappeared before their eyes.
Other ghost reports say that visitors have heard the drums come from the colonies while a ghost does not head along the halls. Arc de Triomphe is one of the world's most famous landmarks. Unfortunately also a suicide magnet. In 1878, a man jumped through the railing of the monument and died immediately as he touched the ground underneath. In 1908, a woman jumped out of the monument and her dress was entangled in a contour. She hangs there for a few minutes before the last seam breaks down and causes her to fall down and die.

This place is no stranger to mysterious stories. It is said that archaeologists are led to explore the tombs under the direction of the relentless spirits of the royal families and ancient nobles in the Valley of the Kings. However, it is possible that the most common spooky story comes from the valley, which is to see an Egyptian Pharaoh riding a horse carriage at midnight. It was reported that ghosts wore golden collar, antique hats and his chariot was pulled by the black horses.
6 Breytenbach Theatre

The Breytenbach Theatre in Pretoria, South Africa started his career in a club and eventually received a vocational school by Emily Hobhouse. In 1828, the fort was almost completely wiped out in a mysterious fire. The remaining walls are now welcoming tourists from all over the world.
With most ancient structures, Shaniwarwada has many scary legends. One of them tells of a young prince, Narayanrao, who was murdered by a family in the fortress. It is said that in the murder, the boy shouts for salvation. Now, throughout the full moon, if you camp on the Fort Yard, you'll obviously hear the ghosts of the Prince shouting big for help. Another version of the legend says that the screams can only be heard in the moonlit nights, such as the brutal murder and the rescue of the Prince rediscovered in Shaniwarwada's ruined walls.
9 Stockholm Old Town

In 1520, after the Danish prince Kristian II invaded Sweden, 82 members of the Swedish nobility who swore opposition had been beheaded or hanged in Stortorget; Old Town main square. This horror event is known as the Stockholm Bloodbath. If you happen to wander through the square on days from 7 to 9 Nov, you can see the blood of the nobles slowly flowing over the cobblestone. It is also alleged that there were 82 white stones attached to a red building in the square placed there centuries earlier to commemorate those who had died such a terrible death. (Some other versions of the story mention that 92 people were murdered and 92 stones were included in the Red Building) Since each stone symbolizes a victim, it is believed that once one of the stones is removed, the soul of that particular person will rise from its grave and Forever haunted Stockholm
10 Highland Tower

The Highland Tower is technically no longer a place, and the Highlands Tower has formed three blocks of a 12-storey apartment in Ulu Klang, Selangor. The blocks were constructed from 1974 to 1982 and eventually became the new home of many foreigners. On Dec. 11, 1993, the combination of overloaded water pipes and monsoon rains led to an unimaginable tragedy. Block 1 of Highland Tower resonates with a big explosion then it collapses. 48 bodies were found in search and rescue activities.
Ghost Stories and city legends appear rife after the consequences of the terrible affair. In 1994, a taxi driver told that she had a passenger in the middle of the night, insisting that she needed to reach the Highland tower. To the deserted location, the driver asked the woman why she should be there at the time during the night. The woman said, I've left some of my belongings here. When the driver asks what's so important that it can't wait a few hours, the woman replies to "My body and my life. I was dead here last year "before disappearing in the air.
A similar story tells that a mysterious researcher is looking for evidence of spooky activity at this location, when he encounters a boy who goes up the stairs. Startled, the man asked what the kid was doing there, the child replied, I was looking for my other arm, I lost it in that building.
