This is a great way to help relax the muscles around the eyes to relieve stress.

How to do it: close your eyes. Use two-sided liver gently squeezing them into the eyes, fingers placed on your forehead. Repeat until your eyes are completely relaxed.

This action should be performed after every 90 minutes of working with the computer.
