The habit of staying up late, when many students of my friends had the habit of sleeping day and night, they said that they could only focus on studying at 11am to 12pm onwards. Sometimes the next day when I checked in shift 1 they stayed up all night to study and the next morning I went to check, at that time I asked them so what about my health and I got the answer "I feel normal , I'm used to it ".
