The film tells the story of Makoto Segawa (Tamaki Hiroshi), a college student who loves photography. He meets Shizuru Satonaka (Miyazaki Aoi), a strange and beautiful girl who shares his interests. They became close friends and often took photos together. One day, Shizuru told Makoto that she wanted to take a love photo with him in the mysterious forest called Heavenly Forest. Makoto Segawa agreed to take a photo with Shizuru Satonaka and go to Heavenly Forest together. Here, they took a beautiful and impressive photo, but it was also the last time they met. Shizuru disappeared after taking the photo and left no trace. Makoto searched everywhere for Shizuru, but could not find her. He also finds out that Shizuru has loved him for a long time, but didn't dare say it out loud for fear of hurting him.

He finds out that Shizuru has passed away due to a fatal cancer. She left him a letter and a photo album, including a photo of their love.
