Tomorrow I Will Date With Yesterday's You (2016) is a Japanese film adapted from the novel of the same name by author Takuji Ichikawa. The film tells the love story between Minamiyama Takatoshi, an art student in Kyoto, and Fukuju Emi, a beautiful and gentle girl. The two met on the train to school and quickly fell in love. However, Emi has a strange secret: she lives in the opposite time as Takatoshi.

With each day spent together, Takatoshi and Emi grow closer to each other. Together they share joys, sorrows, dreams and memories. They also face difficulties and challenges due to the difference in time. For example, when Takatoshi first met Emi, it was the last time Emi saw Takatoshi. When Takatoshi wanted to give Emi a ring on her birthday, that was the day Emi gave him the ring. When Takatoshi wanted to say goodbye to Emi on the last day of the ReLIFE project, that was the day Emi first started loving him.
